  1. FINALIST SELECTION PROCESS – ONE FINALIST:

On October 1, 2024 (the “Finalist Draw Date”) in Edmonton, AB at approximately 12:00 p.m. MST, one (1) eligible Finalist will be selected by random draw from among all eligible Entries submitted and received during the Contest Period in accordance with these Rules. The odds of being selected as the eligible Finalist depend on the number of eligible Entries submitted and received during the Contest Period in accordance with these Rules.

  1. FINALIST NOTIFICATION PROCESS:

The Sponsor or its designated representative will make a minimum of three (3) attempts to contact the eligible Finalist within two (2) business days of the Finalist Draw Date. If the eligible Finalist cannot be contacted within two (2) business days of the Finalist Draw Date, or if there is a return of any notification as undeliverable; then he/she may, in the sole and absolute discretion of the Sponsor, be disqualified (and, if disqualified, will forfeit all rights to be the Finalist and to receive any Prize) and the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion and time permitting, to randomly select an alternate eligible entrant from among the remaining eligible Entries submitted and received during the Contest Period in accordance with these Rules (in which case the foregoing provisions of this section shall apply to such newly selected eligible Finalist).

BEFORE BEING DECLARED THE CONFIRMED FINALIST (the “Finalist”), the eligible Finalist will be required to: (a) correctly answer a mathematical skill-testing question without mechanical or other aid; and (b) sign and return within two (2) business days of notification the Sponsor’s declaration and release form, which (among other things): (i) confirms compliance with these Rules; (ii) releases the Contest Parties and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all liability in connection with this Contest and his/her participation therein (including, without limitation, the awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of the applicable Prize); and (iii) agrees to the publication, reproduction and/or other use of his/her name, address, voice, statements about the Contest and/or photograph or other likeness without further notice or compensation, in any publicity or advertisement carried out by or on behalf of the Sponsor in any manner whatsoever, including print, broadcast or the internet. If the eligible Finalist: (a) fails to correctly answer the skill-testing question; (b) fails to return the properly executed Contest documents within the specified time; (c) cannot be (or is unwilling to be) the Finalist for any reason; and/or (d) is determined to be in violation of these Rules (all as determined by the Sponsor in its sole and absolute discretion); then he/she will be disqualified (and will forfeit all rights to be the Finalist and to receive any Prize) and the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion and time permitting, to randomly select an alternate eligible entrant from among the remaining eligible Entries submitted and received during the Contest Period in accordance with these Rules (in which case the foregoing provisions of this section shall apply to such newly selected eligible Finalist).

  1. THE EVENT:

The Finalist will automatically be permitted to attend an Event (the “Event”) that is scheduled to take place at the Pulse RV, Edmonton on October 10th, 2023 at 1:00 p.m. MT. IMPORTANT NOTE: ANY AND ALL COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ATTENDING THE EVENT (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, TRANSPORTATION AND LODGING, IF REQUIRED) WILL BE THE SOLE AND ABSOLUTE RESPONSIBILITY OF EACH QUALIFIER. THE SPONSORS WILL NOT BE PROVIDING ANY COMPENSATION WITH RESPECT TO COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH ATTENDING THE EVENT OR OTHERWISE. The opportunity to participate in the Event is not assignable or transferable. If the Finalist is not able to be physically present in person for any reason whatsoever at the date, time and location specified in these Rules (or at any other date, time and/or location as specified by Sponsors in their sole and absolute discretion) then he/she will be disqualified from the Contest. Prior to participating in the Event, the Finalist will be asked a mathematical skill-testing question. In order to participate in the Event, the Finalist must correctly answer the mathematical skill-testing question without mechanical or other aid. If the Finalist fails to correctly answer the mathematical skill-testing question, then he/she will be disqualified. In any such circumstances, the Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole and absolute discretion and time permitting, to randomly select an alternate eligible entrant from among the remaining eligible Entries received in accordance with these Rules (in which case the foregoing provisions of this section shall apply to such newly selected eligible Qualifier).

At the Event, the Finalist will be presented with a series of nine (9) sealed envelopes (each, an “Envelope”). Three (3) of the Envelopes will contain matching contents (the “Winning Envelopes”). The other six (6) Envelopes will be non-winning Envelopes (each, a “Non-Winning Envelope”). For the avoidance of any doubt, there is only one (1) combination of three (3) Winning Envelopes in this Contest. The Finalist will then have the opportunity to select three (3) Envelopes from among the nine (9) Envelopes available. If the Finalist selects the correct combination of three (3) Winning Envelopes, then he/she will win the Grand Prize (subject to compliance with these Rules). If the Finalist does not select the correct combination of three (3) Winning Envelopes, then he/she will not win anything. IMPORTANT NOTE: The Finalist can select only three (3) Envelopes. Once the initial selections are made, the Finalist cannot select any other Envelope or Envelopes and/or attempt to alter his/her initial selections. All decisions of the Sponsors and/or their designated representative(s) with regards to the Event and the selection of Envelopes are final and binding without right of appeal, including, without limitation, the determination of whether or not any Envelope selected by the Finalist is a Winning Envelope or a Non-Winning Envelope and whether or not the Finalist has selected the correct combination of three (3) Winning Envelopes.

The odds of the Finalist selecting the correct combination of three (3) Winning Envelopes are 1 in 84.

  1. THE GRAND PRIZE:

There will be one (1) Grand Prize (the “Grand Prize”) available to be won consisting of a cheque (payable in the name of the confirmed winner) and will be an RV Travel Trailer retail valued at $39,999 or greater as determined by the Sponsor. IMPORTANT NOTE: In the Event the Grand Prize is NOT won by the Finalist in accordance with these Rules due to the fact that the selected Finalist is not present in person at the Event, there will be no prizes awarded in this Contest.
